Travel Star Products is ready to meet your need for quality, custom plastic components. Our 50,000 square foot facility houses 16 thermal-forming stations. Other capacities include CNC routing, ultrasonic welding, punch presses, and adhesive systems.

We specialize in heavy gauge sheet forming, from .035-.500 gauge. Our largest tool capacity is approximately 10 * 13 feet with a 60 inch draw. Travel Star can form a variety of materials, including: ABS, HDPE, HMWPE, HIPS, PETG, and TPO.

We can match colors and surface textures as requested. At our in-house CAD department, we can engineer and/or reverse-engineer products for our internal mold shop.
